We accept monthly payment, billed on the first of each month and payable by the 8th. Payments are not refundable, but see our policy on make up classes. We add an administrative charge when payments are not made by the 8th of the month. If we have not received payment for any month by the 8th of the following month, students will be excluded from classes and other activities.
At our studio we are happy to accept payment by check, credit or debit card, or cash (exact cash payment if possible please).
You can make an online payment to us with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card through our Student Portal. You should enter your card details online (on the “My Account” tab) and click “Make a Payment” (on the “Fees and Payments” tab). See also our Student Portal Instructions.
We can also set up automatic payments by credit or debit card. If you would like to do this, please enter your card details at our Student Portal, as instructed above, then e-mail us; or we can set this up for you at our studio.
We also accept online payments through our PayPal account firstname.lastname@example.org. PayPal payments are processed by us manually and will not be shown immediately in the Student Portal.
