Our classes are priced on a ten month per year schedule, running from mid-August to mid-June. Tuition fees are payable monthly, but we offer discounts for advance payment. In August and June a half month’s tuition is payable, unless pre-paid as part of a package. Each month’s tuition covers an average of four weeks’ classes; in some months there may be five classes, and in some only three because of holiday closing.
We encourage students to commit to classes for a whole school year. We require no contract. Your only formal commitment is to pay for each month’s tuition, for every class for which a student is registered, or to inform us of any changes in writing or e-mail before the end of the previous month. However, refunds will be given only in exceptional circumstances, and we do not normally give credits for classes missed.
Registration Fee for 2020-21
We charge an annual registration fee of $30 for the first student in a family, $15 for other students in the family.
Tuition Fees for Classes in Winchester
Pre-Primary and Primary Ballet, Acro Darlings, and Tap classes (45 minute classes):
- 2 classes per week: $96 per month.
- 1 class per week: $60 per month.
- Additional weekly classes: $36 each.
All other classes (60 and 90 minute classes):
- 2 classes per week: $136 per month.
- 1 class per week (not for Ballet Pro): $85 per month.
- Additional weekly classes: $51 each.
- One 60 minute class and one 45 minute class: $121 per month.
Tuition Fees for Classes in Edinburg and for Online Classes
Pre-Primary and Primary Ballet and Acro Darlings (45 minute classes):
- 2 classes per week: $88 per month.
- 1 class per week: $55 per month.
- Additional weekly classes: $33 each.
All other classes (60 minute classes):
- 2 classes per week: $128 per month.
- 1 class per week (not for Ballet Pro): $80 per month.
- Additional weekly classes: $48 each.
- One 60 minute class and one 45 minute class: $113 per month.
We offer free trial classes on request for children and teens, under 18.
Trial classes for adults cost $25, which will be credited towards a registration fee for the same student if paid within one month of the trial class.
Other Discounts and Incentives
We offer a a 5% discount on our regular tuition rates for families who agree to automatic monthly payments on the first of the month, as well as to those who pay for half the school year (5 months) in advance (by September 8th for the first half year). We will continue to offer a 10% discount to families who pay for the whole school year (10 months) in advance by September 8th, or by their first class if after that date.
Tuition fees are discounted by 10% for the second student in a family, 20% for the third and subsequent students (discounts deducted from the lowest fees). Family discounts are only for students living at the same address with the same parent or guardian, with one tuition account.
We offer an additional 10% discount to serving military families and disabled veterans’ families.
We also offer a referral incentive, a credit of $10, to registered students who refer a new student family paying a registration fee.
